Platform
A complete enterprise EHR — and the modern surface around it.
Feature breadth comparable to the most mature enterprise EHRs, delivered as strongly-governed modular domain services around a shared patient context, terminology service, consent engine and audit ledger.
Product family
One platform, eight named products.
Neriant Health began as MedInterop, a medical-device interoperability platform, and was expanded into a full health platform. The original device platform is retained as Neriant MedInterop, and the institutional memory layer ships as the Neriant Clinical Knowledge Engine. Every product sits on a shared Identity & Access Management fabric and a FHIR-native clinical data model.
Neriant EHR
also: Neriant Clinical
The clinical core — patients, encounters, charting, orders, medications, results, and specialty workflows (maternity, theatre, ED, oncology, mental health, immunisations).
Neriant Exchange
Health Information Exchange and interoperability — record locator, document query/retrieve, HL7/FHIR connectors, and national programme integrations.
Neriant Connect
The API and integration platform — FHIR gateway, SMART-on-FHIR app host, and a connector toolkit for HL7 v2, X12, NCPDP and bespoke adapters.
Neriant Counsel
The AI clinical assistant — grounded answers, summarisation and research over the record, governed by human oversight and full audit.
Neriant Patient
The patient portal and mobile experience — appointments, results, messaging, questionnaires and proxy access.
Neriant Insight
Analytics, dashboards, cohorts and reporting across the clinical, operational and financial record.
Neriant MedInterop
Medical-device, ICU and eMAR integration — the original device-interoperability platform Neriant was built on, retained as a first-class module.
Neriant Clinical Knowledge Engine
The institutional memory layer — captures de-identified care episodes, curates them into a teaching corpus, and serves cited, advisory answers to clinicians at the point of care. Runs offline on the edge appliance.
Building blocks
- Clinical knowledge
Knowledge accumulation, curation and RAG synthesis pipeline — how episodes are de-identified, distilled and governed.
- Teaching search
Multilingual semantic search across the teaching corpus with topic, market and standard filters and highlighted matches.

Run alongside Epic, Oracle, MEDITECH and more.
Neriant is designed for integrated delivery networks that already operate a mature EHR. The platform contributes new capability — Counsel AI, vendor-neutral IAM, regional HIE — without disrupting existing clinical workflows.
