About Neriant Health
One shared core for the record, the exchange and everything in between.
Neriant Health is the vendor-neutral, FHIR-native EHR, health information exchange and interoperability platform that lets any hospital, clinic or country run modern, connected, safe care on one shared core — without lock-in.
Our story
We built the platform we couldn't buy.
Healthcare systems everywhere face the same trap: an EHR that doesn't talk to the exchange, an exchange that doesn't trust the identity layer, and integration projects that calcify into permanent vendor lock-in. The cost is paid by clinicians in duplicate work and by patients in fragmented care.
Neriant Health was built to collapse that stack. Instead of an EHR with interoperability bolted on the side, we engineered one platform where the record, the exchange and the integration plane are the same system — standards-native end to end, governed by one identity model, one consent ledger and one clinical-safety spine.
Today the same core runs across UK NHS trusts, US health systems, the European Union and emerging-market governments — each edition configured to its jurisdiction, none of them a fork.

What the shared core means
One platform. Six guarantees.
The shared core is not a marketing line. It is the engineering commitment that lets a single hospital and a national health programme run on the same software, on their own terms.
One clinical record, many facilities
A single patient identity and longitudinal record spans every hospital, clinic and programme on the platform — no per-site silos, no duplicate charts.
One exchange fabric
FHIR R4/R5, IHE XDS/XCA, HL7 v2, X12 and national networks are first-class citizens — not bolt-ons. Exchange with anyone, on the standards they speak.
One identity and consent plane
The Identity Broker federates national IDs, NHS CIS2, smartcards, OIDC/SAML providers and professional registries — with consent and audit captured once, honoured everywhere.
One safety, audit and AI-governance spine
Clinical-safety case management (DCB0129/DCB0160 and equivalents), end-to-end audit and human-in-the-loop AI controls are built into the core, not sold as add-ons.
One configurable surface per market
Each market edition — UK NHS, USA, EU, emerging markets — wraps the same core with the identity, terminology, reporting and hosting packs the jurisdiction requires.
One upgrade path. No lock-in.
Open standards in and out. Your data, identifiers and workflows stay portable — Neriant is designed to coexist with what you have and to be replaceable on your terms.
For hospitals & clinics
